For AtiVon Users (Customers)
- Account Data: Name, email, phone number, and delivery addresses.
- Transaction Details: Order history, billing info, and special merchant requests.
- Content: Reviews, ratings, and photos uploaded to the platform.
For AtiVon Vendor Users (Merchants)
- Business Identity: Store names, KYC documents (Government IDs), and banking details.
- Operational Data: Product images, inventory details, and location coordinates for order routing.
- Communication: Call and SMS details related to order fulfillment.
3. Technical Data Collection
- Location Tracking: We collect real-time GPS data to facilitate order tracking for AtiVon users and service routing for Vendors.
- Camera & Storage: Access is required to upload product photos (Vendors) or profile/review photos (AtiVon users).
- Device Info: We collect hardware models, OS versions, and unique identifiers to prevent fraud and ensure app stability.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process information to:
- Personalize your shopping experience on AtiVon.
- Enable store management and payment settlements for Vendors.
- Analyze traffic and trends via Google Firestore.
- Provide customer support and promotional offers.
5. Data Security & Storage
Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase/Firestore Services. While we implement strict procedural safeguards, please note that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Data may be stored on servers located within or outside of India.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Please note that withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide services to you.
